Scott Martin – President
Scott Martin is a graduate from Texas A&M University
holding a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering Technology. He began his 30 year career as a Development
Engineer for Mosley Machinery and two years later became the Manager of
Research and Development. After Mosley,
Scott held numerous positions with Centrilift, a division of Baker Hughes, from
Project Engineer to Manager of Industrial, Mining, & Water Operations. Scott has several patents for submersible
pump parts and 11 invention disclosures pending. In 1996 Scott became the President of
AmWest. In seven years he increased
annual sales by 300% and later sold the company to Hydro Resources. He then started Applied Ingenuity in
2007. Applied Ingenuity is currently
working in several states in the Rocky Mountain Region.

Devin Cary - Project
Manager
Devin Cary is a Colorado native who first began servicing the
needs of the State's municipal water users in 1987. He acquired his
Colorado Pump Installation Contractors License in 1991. Since that time
Devin has designed, installed, and serviced countless pumping and
control systems in Colorado and neighboring states. His continued education and
experiences have led to expertise with water projects in the mining,
municipal, hydroelectric, and wastewater industries. Devin believes that long
term relationships with clients are the key to business success
and understands that providing excellent customer service and responsiveness
is the only way to reach that goal. He and his wife Robin reside in Fort
Morgan, CO and enjoy their free time with collector cars, boating,
antiquing, and enjoying the Colorado sunshine.
